We’re glad you’ve found us! This site was created by and for early childhood educators (and parents!) that often look for appropriate activities that they can use with young children. We know that it can be a challenge to find activities that are developmentally appropriate, fun, and easy to implement. (Sometimes, the activities are just too complicated, require too many materials that we don’t have, or they aren’t ‘allowed’ by our accrediting or QRIS agencies.) We have tried to conquer that by only recommending activities that you can actually use!
We have also made it easy to find age-appropriate activities by categorizing them for you, in cute coffee-themed icons. (C’mon, that’s cute, right?) You’ll find activities in three age groups: Infant/Toddler, Preschool, and School-Age. Of course, activities can always be adapted to suit the ages and interests of your children.
In addition, we’re also going to share tips & tricks for dealing with the most common issues that occur in childcare & preschool settings. There will be hacks for teachers as well as administrators and parents.
And since we love the idea of sharing little latte-sized servings of content, we thought we’d add in a few fun coffee recipes too! For a lot of educators, we live ‘coffee, curriculum, and kids‘ on a daily basis.
