As Fall is quickly approaching, the mornings are cooler, slower, and more relaxed, especially on the weekends. After a long, hard week wrangling a classroom full of preschoolers, you deserve a special treat! And what better way than to add a sweet, fall-flavored treat to your morning coffee. Now, I know what you are thinking, “Anna, I don’t have an elaborate coffee bar, how am I supposed to make my coffee fancy??” Never fear! I have a few fun, tasty, and easy cold foam recipes that can make any ordinary cup of coffee extraordinary!
Maple Syrup Cold Foam
- 3 Tablespoons of Milk (your choice)
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (more or less depending on your preferred sweetness)
- 2 Tablespoons of vanilla syrup or creamer
- Ground Cinnamon, to taste
Use a blender or frother to mix all the ingredients together until light and frothy. Prepare your coffee as you like and top with the cold foam! You can even top with a sprinkle of cinnamon to add some extra razzle dazzle. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Cold Foam
- 1 Tablespoon of Canned Pumpkin
- 3 Tablespoons of Milk (your choice)
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar (more or less depending on your preferred sweetness)
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- Ground Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice, to taste
Use a blender or frother to mix all the ingredients together until light and frothy. Prepare your coffee as you like and top with the cold foam!
